Victoria TX TV Stations: Every Local Channel and How to Watch
Victoria, TX TV stations are ABC 25 KAVU, FOX 19 KVCT, NBC 17 KMOL, CBS 41 KXTS, Univision 21 KUNU, Telemundo 45 KVTX and MeTV 33 KQZY. One company runs all of them from a single tower site west of town. NBC and CBS also ride on ABC 25, as 25.2 and 25.3. Victoria is its own TV market, No. 205 in the country.
Victoria is one of the smallest TV markets in America, and it's built in an unusual way. Instead of competing stations, there's a single group, the Victoria Television Group, operating every local network from one studio on North Navarro Street. That makes the channel list short, the antenna aiming simple and a couple of things easy to miss, like FOX 19 broadcasting on VHF. Here's every Victoria station and the easiest ways to watch them.

One company, every network
All of Victoria's local stations are run by Morgan Murphy Media as the Victoria Television Group. They share studios on North Navarro Street and a transmitter site on Farm to Market Road 236, west of the city.
KAVU-TV signed on in 1982 as the city's second full-service station. In 1989, a bank with interests in both KAVU and its rival, KVCT, consolidated their operations. Over the following decades, the group added low-power stations until it carried every major network. KVCT is owned by SagamoreHill Broadcasting and operated by Morgan Murphy.
For viewers, the upside is simplicity. Every station comes from one direction, so one antenna position catches them all. The trade-off is fewer independent newsrooms than in a bigger city.

Why NBC and CBS appear twice
NBC and CBS each have a low-power station of their own and a copy on full-power ABC 25. NBC is on KMOL-LD 17.1 and on 25.2; CBS is on KXTS-LD 41.1 and on 25.3.
Low-power stations cover less ground. The copies on KAVU's full-power signal reach homes farther out in the county that may miss KMOL or KXTS. Telemundo works the same way, on its own KVTX-LD 45.1 and on FOX 19's 19.2. If one copy breaks up at your house, try the other number.
